The Peacocks Were Silent
Two days after Thanksgiving, I’ve lost weight on my bulk. Strangely enough, I think it was a result of the last week I took off the gym that did it. I offset my calorie intake due to not having the motivation to go to the gym for six days straight. I think my body required some rest.
For Black Friday I bought a 5.5 lb bag of MyProtein whey isolate, some new underwear, and a 12 week shred plan that I plan to start March 10th, 2019. The commitment to bulk and lift heavy was rejuvenated Friday night when I was lifting in the 200 lb range. My body needed the extra effort from being lazy for a week.
Today my parents helped me take care of some of my apartment decorating to-dos. TV, big mirror, and three frames all on the wall. I left a small mirror in the walk-in closet and three whiteboards in the office to hang on my own. Then I have to order a bunch of photo prints to finish wall decor.
